The lessons alternate every 30 minutes

Playful swimming lessons program, aimed at infants from 6 months - 3 years accompanied by a parent. The program is carried out under the guidance and supervision of a specialized instructor, in a specially designed space at the Olympic facilities of O.A.K.A. and with a water temperature of 32 C ideal for infants.

The course is 30 minutes and they can attend it once or twice a week.

in the midst of organized play with exercises that are adapted to the developmental stage of the infant. The benefits of baby swimming are multiple and we would say that:

  • It is one of the few sports activities that a parent can perform with his child, thus strengthening the parent / child relationship and creatively utilizing the working time between them.

  • Familiarizing the child with water is effortless, in a safe and completely protected environment.

  • Through contact with other children, they learn to socialize and interact with each other.

  • Through physical activity, their physique, endurance, respiratory capacity, heart function are enhanced, while at the same time their posture and body position are improved.

  • The ability to perceive, concentrate and neuromuscular assembly increases while children balance and walk faster.

  • Also by learning basic skills such as floating with or without support, immersion and holding the breath, defenses are developed while strengthening the child's confidence and safety for the liquid element.

To participate in the infant bathing program, medical certificates for the infant from a Pediatrician, for the parent / companion from a Pathologist or Cardiologist & Dermatologist are necessary.

Also the last meal should be made 3 hours before the baby enters the pool.

  • Swimsuit

  • Bathrobe

  • Flip flops

  • Swimming cap
